By downloading, installing, or using US Citizenship Test 2026 ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
US Citizenship Test 2026 is a mobile application designed to help individuals prepare for the USCIS naturalization civics interview. The App is an independent study tool and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Department of Homeland Security, or any other government agency.
Account creation is optional. You may use the App as a guest without providing any personal information.
If you create an account, you are responsible for:

Guest mode allows you to use all core study features without creating an account. Guest data is stored locally on your device only and will be lost if you uninstall the app or clear app data. We recommend creating an account if you wish to preserve your progress across devices.
You agree to use the App only for personal, non-commercial study purposes. You agree NOT to:
The App displays non-personalized advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the App, you agree to the display of these advertisements. Ad content is provided by third-party advertisers and we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of ads displayed.
You may manage your advertising preferences through your device settings. See our Privacy Policy for details on how ad-related data is collected and used.
The App may send push notifications such as study reminders and app updates. You can enable or disable push notifications at any time through your device settings or within the App settings. Opting out of push notifications does not affect your ability to use the App.
You may delete your account at any time. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed from our servers, including your profile, quiz history, study progress, bookmarks, streaks, and device tokens.

The 100 civics questions are based on public domain materials published by USCIS. All other content, design, and code is the property of US Citizenship Test 2026 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
THIS APP IS NOT A GUARANTEE OF PASSING THE USCIS NATURALIZATION INTERVIEW. Actual interview results depend on many factors outside our control, including USCIS examiner decisions, individual performance, and changes to USCIS policy.
THIS APP IS NOT LEGAL ADVICE. Immigration law is complex and individual circumstances vary. Consult a licensed immigration attorney for advice specific to your situation.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: failure to pass the naturalization interview, loss of data, or interruption of service.
The App is made available through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and conditions of these platforms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms within the App and on this page. We may notify you of significant changes via push notification or in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United States.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by deleting it as described in Section 8.
