Delete Account — US Citizenship Test 2026

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time. This page explains what gets deleted and how to request deletion.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

Your account profile (email, name, ZIP code)
All quiz session history and results
Study progress (correct/incorrect counts, times seen)
Bookmarked questions
Streak data (current streak, longest streak)
Spaced repetition schedule
Registered device tokens (push notifications)

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, there is no way to recover your data. We do not retain backups of deleted accounts.

Delete from the App

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the app:

Open US Citizenship Test 2026
Go to Settings (bottom navigation bar)
Scroll to the Danger Zone section
Tap Delete Account
Confirm by typing your email address
Tap Permanently Delete

Your account and all data will be deleted immediately.

Delete Without App Access

If you no longer have access to the app or cannot log in, you can request account deletion by email:

Send an email to support@uscitizenshipguide.nomor.tech with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 48 hours.

Data Retention

Account deletion is immediate and permanent. We do not:

Retain backups of deleted accounts
Keep any personal data after deletion
Share data with third parties before or after deletion

Local data stored on your device (offline study data) is not affected by server-side deletion. To remove local data, uninstall the app.

Guest Users

If you used the app as a guest (without creating an account), no personal data was stored on our servers. Simply uninstall the app to remove all local data.
